Hive is more powerful when it’s linked to the other tools your team uses on a daily basis.  For Sales teams and teams who are downstream from a Sales team in the workflow, it can be helpful to connect your Salesforce and Hive accounts. This will enable you to:

  1. Make sales activity more visible across the company
  2. Kick-off next steps for a department or individual once a sales event has occurred
  3. Pass through detailed information about sales opportunities that is tedious to copy and paste or gets lost in email threads

Any Salesforce event can trigger a response in Hive: post a message, create an action card and choose assignee, kick-off a project, or email a team or department.
