New This Week In Hive: August 29, 2022

1. Add completed actions to Table View chart

The Table View chart builder is popular for teams who want to see a custom project overview. Users can now add completed actions to their Table View chart, providing a more accurate summary of the entire project.

To create a Table View chart, select Table View for the desired projects and click "Create chart." You will be prompted to choose which graph type and attributes you would like to appear.

Incomplete actions will be included by default, but to include completed actions, check the "Include Completed Actions" box under "Chart type,"

2. Attach PDF to News Feed

PDF documents can now be attached to News Feed posts, making it easier to access important files in one place.

3. Auto-set user status to OOO when in meeting

Similar to our new OOO vacation status, we have added a new status for users in meetings. An "In a Meeting" status, noted by ???? , will now appear when a Hive user has a meeting scheduled on their calendar.

This status can be seen in Hive chat as well as your profile picture dropdown, making team members aware of current availability.

Note: A Google or Outlook calendar must be synced to Hive to automatically enable this feature.
