1. Ability to @mention in News
The News app is helpful to directly communicate with everyone in your workspace, regardless of role. We've made it easier to highlight important messages and make sure the entire workspace is notified of a new post.
Similar to chat, when @everyone is mentioned in a News post, a notification will be now sent to all workspace members about the @mention. This ensures every member of the workspace sees the post right away.

2. Ability to edit and deleted Timesheet comment
We recently added the ability to comment on a timesheet submission. This made it easier to give additional feedback and streamline communication.
Now, you can edit a timesheet comment, as well as delete it and make a new one. This is helpful for users who need to resubmit time, fix copy errors, or just need to go back and change the original comment.
To edit or delete a timesheet comment, go to the Time-tracking app and click the orange comment bubble. A trash can and pencil icon are now available to perform the desired action.

3. Change form owner
We get it — sometimes, plans change. To make for easier role transitions, admin changes, or any other updates in your workspace, you can now change the owner of a Hive Form.
The "Form creator" field will now be "Form owner". When changed, all permissions will be transferred to the new form owner.
To edit the form owner, go to the three dots next to the form and open form settings. Scroll to "Form owner" and assign the form to the designated user in your workspace.

4. External user access to summary views
Previously, external users were able to view projects but not project summary views in Hive. This prohibited external users from getting full glance into the entire project, which is vital for some teams to see.
Now, teams have the option to include external users in project summary view permissions.
To allow external users to view a project summary views, go to the desired summary view and add the external users to the "Assignees" category.
Please note: Consistent with existing permissions, users are only able to see the projects they are a member of.
