We are excited to share four new feature updates this week! Thank you to everyone who voted and requested in our Hive Forum.

1. Attach Note to Action Card

Users can now attach Hive Notes are action cards, making it easier to consolidate all content relevant to a project. To attach a note to an action card, scroll down to the "Notes" section. Simply click the blue "+" sign to attach any available notes in your workspace.

A link to the selected note will be accessible directly on the action card.

To detach a note from an action card, select the three More dots in the right corner and select "Delete" from the dropdown options.

This feature was requested by Erik at EnergyPrint.

2. Filter Update in My Actions View

My Actions view now has a cleaner, more simplified look. Action card filters can now be found in the "Filter" button at the upper right hand corner of your My Actions view.

The panel allows users to filter by:

  • Date

  • Status

And sort and group actions by:

  • Priority

  • Blocked actions

  • Projects

3. Quick-access Hive University

Looking to brush up on your Hive skills? We've made it easier than ever to access Hive University. Users can now access our learning platform in the Apps page in Hive.

To access or pin Hive University, visit Apps -> Hive University.

4. View Archived Projects in Approval Reporting

Users can now view archived projects in approval reporting. This allows teams to combine reporting onto one page, rather than unarchiving projects for the purpose of reporting or create a separate view.

In approval reporting, there will now be options to search for and select active and archived projects.
