New This Week In Hive: September 19, 2022

We are excited to share our three new feature releases this week! Thank you to our voters in the Hive Forum.

1. Include attachments in recurring actions

Our newest update allows recurring actions to have attachments. Before, recurring actions' attachments would not transfer to each individual action. Now, when users add an attachment, they will have an option to include it on one action or each recurring action.

2. Downgrade full users to external users

Full access users now have the option to downgrade to an external user, rather than remove the entire user from the workspace. The users' actions and project will stay intact; only user permissions will be affected.

Workspace admins can downgrade workspace users to external users by selecting the profile picture dropdown -> Manage users and choosing which user to downgrade.

3. Add comments in Notes

Hive Notes' newest features allows users to add comments to selected text, making notes easily editable and eliminating the back-and-forth communication.

To add a comment, highlight the desired text and select the text bubble icon from the dropdown.
