New This Week In Hive: September 26, 2022

We have three exciting feature updates to share this week. Thank you to our Hive Forum users for continuing to provide us feedback!

1. Custom status library

Our newest update provides a library of all custom statuses across projects and tasks in a user's workspace.

In Workspace Settings, "Custom Statuses" will provide all workspace statuses as well as the associated project(s).

Workspace admins can delete statuses from the library, but regular members are not able to edit.

Note: If you do not have access to the project of a status, you will be able to see the status, but not the project name.

2. Link subactions to multiple projects

Subactions can now be linked across multiple projects. This feature was previously only available for parent actions, but users let us know it would be helpful to link across all tasks.

To link a subaction to another project, click the "link to project" text and select the desired projects.

3. Upload multiple proofs to one action card

Users are now able to add more than one proof to an action card at once. This will eliminate the manual back-and-forth uploading of multiple proofs.

To upload multiple proofs into an action card, users can either upload multiple documents as one proof, or upload the documents as individual files.

If users choose to upload proofs as individual files, each file will be created as a subaction and unique approval on the action card.

From there, proofs can be mocked up or approved in each associated subaction.
