1. Pin a Note

We've leveled up Hive Notes even more. You can now pin a note to the top of your notes list. This will save time and eliminate the task of scrolling to find your most-used notes.

Pinning notes will work the same as DM/Group pinning in Hive Chat. When you hover over a note title, a pin icon appears. Simply click the pin to keep your Notes at the top of the list.

Thank you to Erin from the Grant Plant for requesting this feature!

2. Copy holidays to new year

You can now copy individual holidays within a holiday calendar. If your team has a recurring annual holiday, this will help streamline calendars for everyone and save time manually inputting holidays in each year.

To copy a holiday, workspace admins can head to settings and select "Manage calendar." From here, you can either add a holiday or edit an existing holiday. To repeat a holiday the next year, select "Copy over to next year" from the settings icon.

Thank you to Lana from Hudson Crop for providing feedback on this feature!

3. Change note owner

Got a change of plans? Not to worry — you can now adjust the owner of a Hive Note.

Head to the "Share" modal in your note. From here, select who to reassign the note owner to.

Thank you to Jeremy from University of Tennessee for requesting this feature!

4. Schedule time in Outlook

Remember our cool new scheduling feature from a few weeks ago? Don't worry, Outlook users -- we didn't forget about you! Both Outlook and Google Calendar users can now quick-schedule meetings from actions. For instructions how to start scheduling time in your calendar, click here.

Please note: Outlook users do not have the ability to search another users calendar and schedule time. Currently, they can only schedule time for their own calendar.

5. Form Drafts

Introducing drafts in Hive Forms, designed for when you need to created a new form and come back to it later.

Now in Forms, any fields filled out in a form are saved automatically when you close the form. When you reopen the form in the same browser on the same device, the answers you had previously filled out will repopulate.

Whenever you're ready to take a break, click the blue "Save" button, and all form data will automatically save.

When you submit the form, the answers are all cleared, meaning if you start it again, the form will be blank. Remember to triple-check!

Please note: Attachments will not be saved.

Thank you to Justin from Emerson Coast, Georgia from Emerson Pointe, and many others for providing feedback on this feature!
