1. Public Project Security Update
All public projects are now read-only for non-project members. This will ensure any edits or changes are only done by project members.
For example, in the project below, the globe icon denotes a public project.
When a non-member opens a project, the banner below will indicate its status. Non-members can view details and open action cards, but not edit the project itself.
2. Workspace Activity Hub
Our new feature takes our existing Project Activity feed to a new level. Designed to bring remote teams closer together, our new Workspace Activity Hub will provide workspace activity highlights by date, as well as filter by project, people, etc.
To turn on the Workspace Activity Hub, visit Hive Apps -> Workspace Activity Hub and toggle it on. The activity hub can also be pinned to the navigation bar for quick access.

3. New Entry Notification in Notes
Our Hive Notes app helps many teams stay organized, run successful meetings, and collect important information.
Now, users have the ability to send a notification when a new entry is added to a Hive Note, making it easier to identify when new information is available.
Select “Add new entry” and a notification will automatically be sent to anyone the Note is shared with.

4. Hive Automate Recipe: Hive Action Card Creation -> Jira Issue Creation
This week’s Hive Automate recipe is designed for teams who use both platforms in their day-to-day. When a card is created or updated in Hive (trigger), an Issue is created or updated in Jira (action). This can also be completed vice-versa.
