Before we wrap up the month, we have a few last product updates to share! Thank you to everyone who voted and requested in our Hive Forum. #DemocraticallyBuilt
1. Admin Project Visibility
Workspace admins now have the option to see all projects in the workspace, regardless of their project member status. If enabled, admins can see the following in project navigator:
Project name
Project members
Project dates
Project custom fields
To enable this in your workspace, visit the Enterprise Security app, and toggle on "Allow admins to see all projects without being added to the project."
Thank you to Kristina from NoGood for requesting this feature!
2. "Following" Tab in My Actions View
My Actions view has a new column -- a filter of all actions the user is following. This will provide better ability to view all actions a user needs to keep up with.
Visit the "Following" tab in your My Actions view to see all incomplete action cards you are following.
In the right-click menu in the action card, users can also:
Open action in new window
Add time to the action
Send action to the bottom of the list
Archive action
Delete action
Thank you to Lorraine from PetIQ, Bri from Elevate, and Katie from MFA for providing feedback as we built this feature!
3. Hive Automate Recipe: When a project is created, create a Google Drive folder under same name
Our Hive Automate Recipe this week takes one of the post popular softwares used alongside Hive, Google Drive, and eliminates a common manual step. When a project in Hive is created (trigger), a Google Drive folder is automatically created with the same name. Try it out now in our Hive Automate Library!
