New This Week In Hive: March 21, 2022

This week, we have several exciting roll-outs to share. Thank you to everyone who voted and requested these features on our Hive Forum!

1. Easier Project Date Changes

Project changes happen, and moving the due date can seem like a daunting task. We've made the task of shifting actions and scheduled items to a new project date easier. When changing a project date, simply select 'Shift action dates' and/or 'Shift resource assignments' to automatically shift all of your dates to meet the new project date.

2. Limit Notifications

Ever feel bombarded with notifications? Need some undistracted focus time? Introducing 'low notification' mode in Hive! When this setting is turned on, you will only receive notifications that @ mention you, action assignments, or approvals that require your attention.

You can adjust your notification settings in by clicking the gear icon under your notifications. From there, you can adjust notification mode as needed.

3. Threaded Messages

You asked, and we listened! You can now directly reply to chat messages to create a thread. Not only does this feature help make group chats more organized, the amount of notifications will be diminished, as only people involved in the thread will be notified or a mention.

To create a thread, hover over the message and select the reply arrow.
