New This Week In Hive: February 27th, 2023

We released four new features this week! Thank you to everyone who requested and voted in our Hive Forum. #CommunityBuilt

1. Enhanced Search in Project Overview

With this update, users can search for Files uploaded into each project from the Project Overview section.

To access Project Overview, select the "I" icon in the upper right corner of your project. Once you're in Project Overview, a search bar in the Files section will be present, allowing users to quickly search and comb through relevant attachments without endless scrolling.

2. Mobile App: Change Routing and Assignments

Proofing and approvals on-the-go is now easier and faster - users will now be able to do the following from the mobile app:

• Create a new approval round

• Create a new approval stage

• Add users to a stage

• Change the users in a stage

• Delete a round or stage

• Edit a round or stage 

• Add a due date

3. 'Approve with changes' in Proofing

With this update, users now have the ability to approve a Proof with a contingency - that all requested changes have been made. This will help teams expedite their proofing/approvals workflow by issuing an approval once feedback has been addressed (instead of having to start another approval round).

To access this option, utilize proofing and approvals. From the approval dropdown, you'll see 'Approve with changes."

4. Bulk Move Actions in Status View

Users can now move multiple actions in Status View from one status to another, expediting work and eliminating the tedious act of clicking and dragging each individual action into a new status column.

To select and move multiple actions, click on the action from Status View + Shift (or Command) Key, and drag to your desired column.
