New This Week In Hive: March 7, 2022

We are ecstatic to share this week’s new features, all requested by our users. Keep voting in the Hive Forum to make sure you get the features you want in Hive!

1. Table View Color-Coding

We heard several requests for the addition of color-coding to your table view, but we also heard from many teams who want the ability to turn it off. Whether you like your table color-coded or more simple, you can now toggle it on or off.

Click ‘more” in the top right-hand corner of your project in table view, see ‘table view settings’ at the bottom of the menu, and adjust the color-coding to your preference.

2. Right-click Menu Updates

Users can now quickly duplicate an action. The right-click menu allows users to duplicate an action to a new action card.

Users also now have the ability to follow/unfollow action cards in the same right-click menu, making it easy to be notified (or not) when changes to actions are made.

3. Admin Timesheet Privileges

Whether you’re out of office or simply forget to submit a timesheet, admins can now edit/submit timesheets on behalf of other users.

To submit timesheets for other users, admins can go to the timesheet app, click the dropdown menu under their avatar to select the user to submit a timesheet for and submit a timesheet as if it were their own. The timesheet approval process will stay the same.
