There’s nothing millennials love more than a good horoscope meme, horoscope beauty product, or horoscope app. There’s something about the simplicity of aligning yourself with your birth chart — your birth day and time confirm your astrological sign, and there’s little room for error there (unless you’re a cusp, then I can’t help you).

If you’re unfamiliar with astrology, it’s the study of the movement of celestial bodies and how they affect human’s decision making, personality, and preferences. Our zodiac signs, the most mainstream astrological indicator, are determined by the sun’s positioning at the time of our birth.

Western astrology has been studied for centuries, but recently, astrology has really hit its stride. In what New York Times refers to as an “astrological boomlet,” astrology has become so popular because it “provides an easy framework for endlessly personalized material.” I also think it has something to do with Instagram memes.

But regardless of where the obsession stemmed from, there’s definitely power in learning about and aligning with your zodiac sign. Today, we’re looking at horoscopes through the lens of productivity — that’s what Hive is about, after all. So we’ve teamed up with astrologer extraordinaire Lisa Stardust, resident astrologer for Teen Vogue, The Hoodwitch, Bust, and Lifestyle, to garner more insight into how your star sign might affect your work personality. Here’s what Lisa has to say about each sign in the office.

Aries (March 20 – April 20)

Taurus (April 20 – May 21)

You are the mover, the builder, and the shaker of the zodiac. With your unique aesthetic and creative talents, you can build an empire and impress clients with your intelligence. The caveat, though, is that you may be too stubborn. This may cause issues when working on projects with colleagues, as you can only see the endgame from your lens, not theirs.

Gemini (May 21 – June 21)

A social butterfly by nature, your ability to use your words to charm clients, colleagues, and bosses is known to all. Just be careful and rethink your quicksilver words, as you may overpromise on projects, biting off more than you can chew.

Cancer (June 21 – July 23)

You’re the perpetual caregiver of the office, bringing cupcakes for everyone’s birthday and celebrations. You are respected for your thoughtfulness, as well as your ability to effortlessly breeze through projects at a fast pace.

Leo (July 23 – August 23)

As the office class clown, you can get a laugh out of anyone. This mechanism is used to trick others out of noticing your work may be borderline basic. Be careful not to steal others ideas or take credit for the team, as it may cause resentments in the office.

Virgo (August 23 – September 23)

There isn’t a bigger busy bee than you, Virgo. First of all, you do the work of 5 people and maintain poise when under pressure. Learning to give others some of your heavy workload may be challenging, as you tend to want to take it all on for yourself.

Libra (September 23 – October 23)

You are often viewed as the the office gossip and “know it all.” Try using your witty airy talents to create instead of throwing low key shade at your colleagues. This will allow you to feel centered and balanced throughout the day, even if you are stressed.

Scorpio (October 23 – November 22)

Your determination never goes unnoticed, as well as your ability to work when under pressure. While you may lose your cool now and then, your colleagues adore your transformative “let it go” attitude. P.S. They also love hearing your crazy passionate stories at happy hour too.

Sagittarius (November 22 – December 22)

Your personal and professional motto go hand-in-hand, “Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.” You are chill until pushed to the max. Meaning, you get along with everyone and work hard—until you are triggered to take a step back and assert your opinions on projects.

Capricorn (December 22 – January 20)

A hard worker by nature, your professional ambitions are known to all. But your colleagues are often surprised to see your softer and kinder side when working on group projects together. This is mostly due to your desire to produce the best content, even if it means stepping out of your curmudgeon tendencies.

Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)
