Three new features were released this week! Thank you to our Hive community for requesting and voting in our Hive Forum.

1. Customize rate card currency by project

Many teams in Hive operate internationally, which requires the use of multiple currencies across projects. Now, users can customize rate card currency for each project.

To adjust currency for each project, select the three dots at the top right corner of the project -> Edit project -> Advanced settings. From here, you will be able to select the preferred currency for the project.

2. Ability to add new user to all projects

This update provides a “Select all” button to add a new user to all existing projects in the workspace, instead of doing so manually.

When inviting a new full workspace user into a workspace, when prompted to add the user to projects, an option to “Select all” is available at the top of the project names. This will select every project in the workspace.

3. Exact phrase search

We’ve added another layer to search functionality — users can now search by exact phrase.

Looking for a specific action card? Simply add quotation marks around the phrase in the search bar.

Users can search by exact match and also an additional phrase by adding additional words to the search, outside of the quoted text.
